Open Studio Time: Monday and Friday 10:00 am - 8:45 pm, unless occupied by a scheduled workshop or group activity.

Toss your troubles aside by "throwing" some clay in the Ceramics Studio. The Ceramics Studio features:

• 9 wheels: 1 kick wheel, 6 Shimpo electric wheels, 1 Brent rehabilitation wheel (wheelchair accessible) and 1 Brent electric wheel.
• 2 electric oxidation kilns
• Stoneware and porcelain clays, slips and glazes
• An extruder
• A grinding wheel
• An extensive library of slip cast molds.
• All the tools you will need (must have ID to check out)

All you have to do is provide the inspiration and motivation. The Ceramics Studio provides a great atmosphere for kids, teens, parents, and adults to join in activities and have some fun together. The studio is set up in a "self-help" environment. Though, ceramic workshops and private lessons are offered throughout the year.

• Clay must be purchased in the Craft Shop.
• Prices are: 2.5 lbs. for $3.50 and 10 lbs. for $10.00
