Make Sunday, May 11, a special day for Mom when you surprise her with tickets to the Mother’s Day Brunch held in the SIUC Student Center Ballrooms from 10:30 am until 1:00 pm. Menu selections include green leaf salad with parmesan vinaigrette, creamy pasta salad, farmhouse vegetable salad, roast baron of beef, chicken supreme, cheesy scrambled eggs with hollandaise sauce, sausage links, delmonico potatoes, cider-glazed carrots, and sautéed green beans. Desserts will include chocolate pudding, peach cobbler, coconut layered cake, lemon pie, and seasonal sliced fruit served with an assortment of gourmet coffees, iced tea, orange juice and apple juice.
Children 4 years and under are free, tickets for children 5 years to 10 years are $6.00, with day-of doors sales at $7.00. SIUC Students and Senior Citizens advance tickets are $11.00 with door sales at $12.00. Adult tickets are $12.00 for advance sales and $13.00 at the door.
Advance tickets may be purchased at the Central Ticket Office on the second floor of the Student Center Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm or by calling 618-453-3478 during office hours.
